- Steps 1
Now, lift one leg up and bend it at 90 degrees while stretching the band
- Steps 2
Keep the other leg straight
- Steps 3
Pause at the top position and slowly return to the starting position
- Steps 4
Repeat for the prescribed number of reps.
Preparation
Lie face down on the mat with the band looped around your ankles. This is the starting position.
