Workout Steps
- Steps 1
Squeeze the ball until it is about 50% squeezed
- Steps 2
Hold for 1-5 seconds then relax and return to the starting position
- Steps 3
Repeat with the rest of the fingers.
Preparation
Hold a soft ball between the tip of the thumb and the tip of the index finger. This is the starting position.
