Workout Steps
- Steps 1
Lift each finger up, go as far as you can while keeping the others on the table, floor or mat
- Steps 2
Do each finger individually or focus only on the stiff/weak fingers
- Steps 3
Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
Preparation
Place the hand flat on a table or on a mat while sitting down. Spread your fingers. This is the starting position.
