Workout Steps
- Steps 1
Draw your chin in towards your neck whilst imagining a string pulling from the back of the head (lengthening your spine)
- Steps 2
Maintain position then relax back to the starting position
- Steps 3
Repeat ensuring good posture, don't arch your back or tilt your head
- Steps 4
Stop if exacerbates pain.
Preparation
Sit or stand in an upright posture. This is the starting position.
