- Steps 1
Retract slightly to bring spine into neutral
- Steps 2
Now, tuck your chin in and keeping chin tucked in, rotate your head to the right side and then the left side maintaining the head about the central axis

Don't let the chin poke forward
- Steps 4
Work within your pain free range of motion
- Steps 5
Relax, come to the starting position and repeat.
Preparation
Place your palms and knees on the ground and keep your back straight and face down. This is the starting position.
