Inhale and slowly lower the bar over your head by bending the arms
- Steps 2
Pause for a second
- Steps 3
Come back to the starting position and exhale
- Steps 4
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
Preparation
The Barbell Skull Crushers target the triceps. Lie on your back on a bench. Choose a straight bar or an EZ curl bar. Hold the bar at a narrower width than the shoulder. Your starting position will be with arms extended while holding the bar over your eye line with an overhand grip while lying down.
