Now, exhale and lift your right arm and your left leg up and away from the ground
- Steps 2
Pause for a second
- Steps 3
Inhale and bring them down
- Steps 4
Next, lift your left arm and right leg up and away from the ground
- Steps 5
Pause for a second
- Steps 6
Exhale and bring them down
- Steps 7
Return to the starting position
- Steps 8
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
Preparation
The Alternative Arm and Leg Raises work your core muscles. Place your palms and toes on the floor and keep your back straight. Your arms and legs should be extended.
