Workout Steps
- Steps 1
Now, push one leg behind as far as pain or stiffness allows
- Steps 2
Ensure you do not bend in the spine to extend the hip
- Steps 3
Bring the leg back to the starting position
- Steps 4
Repeat for the prescribed number of reps.
Preparation
Stand and Hold the back of a chair for support. This is the starting position.
