The Standing Dumbbell Tricep Kickback is one of the best isolation exercises for targeting your triceps brachii muscle. Stand with feet shoulder width apart or less. Grasp a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip. Bend your torso and pull your hands backwards near the hips with arms extended.
Now, bend your arms and bring the hands in front of your chest
Then push them back again to extend your arms
Return to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
