Sit straight on a chair and place feet firmly on the ground. Hold the edges of the chair with your hands'. This is the starting position.
Now, push your chin down towards the chest and flex your upper back
Then, straighten 1 leg out in front of you
And bring your leg back to the starting position, straighten your back and head
Nerve stretches are very sensitive and need to be performed gently
Move into the stretch and stop before you feel excessive stretch sensation of the nerve
Stop if exacerbates pain.
