Cable Triceps Extension

As the name implies, a Cable Triceps Extension primarily targets your Triceps. Grasp cable attachment from high pulley with narrow overhand grip. Position elbows to the side.


Step 1

Exhale and extend your forearm overhead until your arm is straight

Step 2

Inhale and lower your hand until your forearm is against your upper arm

Step 3

Return to the starting position

Step 4

Repeat for the desired number of reps.
