Why consistency is important in weight loss journey

The phrase "trust the process" is frequently heard, and while it is a cliche in itself, it is a way of saying "let go."It's all too easy to get caught up in the outcome of something in our life, whether it's our employment, relationships, or fitness objectives.
We have a tendency to distrust the process and become agitated about things that aren't going our way, especially when things don't go our way. However, this usually has a negative outcome for us.
Trusting the process is like having faith that eventually things will work out. For example, consider your fitness journey currently, you may have not reached the goals decided but if you continue to strive to get there eventually you will. This journey would take you to places that you may have not imagined it all boils down to trust, faith, and consistency in your efforts to reach your goals.
Let us understand why is it important to trust the process.
Why is it important to “trust the process”:
When you let go of the need to control the fitness outcomes in your life, it's only natural that you'll have more inner peace. Even if you try, you'll never have perfect control; instead, trusting the process will make the journey more relaxing and peaceful.
Meditation can assist you in remaining calm.
Another advantage of trusting the process is that you will learn to trust and rely on yourself more. When you've worked hard to get to where you are, you'll have the assurance that you'll get further ahead of where you want to be.
Less likely to feel hurt:
When you are stressed about your life, it is simple to break down. You appreciate yourself enough to stop stressing if you believe in the system. You realize that stressing over the procedure won't change anything, therefore it's best to let it go.
As previously stated, believing in the process takes a lot of patience, especially if you want to do it well and the right way. When you just let things be, you develop character and attitude.
You can also develop discipline by having faith that things will work out.
Resilience comes from embracing the method, no matter what hurdles life throws your way. You develop the ability to bounce back. You've been through a lot of battles and know that what you're going through isn't temporary.
As you don't need to control or correct things excessively, resilience becomes a part of your character.
Open to change:
While no one likes the thought of change, it is something we can't completely escape in life. No matter where we go, change is constant, and accepting the approach will illustrate that even more. You learn to adapt to the system when you trust the approach.
Life is already stressful enough; there's no need to add to it by obsessing over your fitness objectives. You learn to be appreciative of what you have accomplished by letting go. Even when you're not where you want to be, you can learn peace and joy.
Though there is a thin line between content and complacent, one should not lose sight of their objectives.
One needs to remember that it's only a matter of time, if we continue our journeys with consistency towards our goals eventually we will reach where we wish to be.
We are naturally vulnerable, anxious, and impatient as humans, making embracing the approach even more difficult. This isn't to say we shouldn't try.
You must let go of any control you want over the situations. Let go of the urge to know all the answers to your questions, such as whether you'll be successful or achieve your ideal body.
You must not rush the timing of things if you want to stick to the plan.
We often have the idea that we need it right now and can't wait another second, which is the wrong mindset to have. We need to cultivate a disciplined and consistent mindset because believing the process is all about it. Even if things don't seem to make sense Believe in yourself and your abilities.
