1. Rice 50 gm

2. Soya chunk 50 gm

3. Rajma 30 gm

4. Vegetables like cauliflower, red bell pepper, green peas 🫛 as per your choice

5. Ghee 5 gm

Method

Step 1

Boil the overnight soaked Rajma . Soak the gm soya chunk in warm water and squeeze out the water. . Boil the gm rice . Heat the non stick and add gm ghee. . Add whole jeera, green chillies , onion and let them turn pink . Add choice of vegetables, and let them cook well followed by addition of rice and soya chunk along with boiled rajma.
