Vivek is highly qualified and among very few trainers on Fittr who have studied the art of yoga professionally. he brings profound experience and interesting mix of traditional and core strengthening techniques in his teaching methods .. I started my training with Vivek after a brief break from any physical activity.. vivek quite intuitively started the training at the right pace and with every session the intensity of the training was increased diligently. the workouts are impactful , challenging and educational .. he is one of those teachers whom one can fully trust with their methods and just go along with it.. happy and grateful to train with him ..
