It is a wonderful experience to learn from Rekha ji . She is very very patient and calm while training and focuses on correcting all the minor details of your posture so that you can get max benefits out of it. She gives clear instructions and is extremely supportive through the session. I always look forward to my morning session with mam everyday and would highly recommend to train with her.
