I am your Yoga coach, fitness enthusiast & passionate Yoga Trainer with the sole objective of making people fitter through one of the most ancient forms of fitness in India and globally 'YOGA'. I am a certified Yoga instructor from the "Ministry of AYUSH" govt of India, INFS & The Yoga Institute which is one of the oldest schools of Yoga in India. i am also a certified trainer for pre & postnatal Yoga from Rishikesh Yog Kendra. I have been practicing yoga for more than 9 years & mentoring and training clients for 5 years.I have trained people right from 5 years to 80 years old.
My specific objective of teaching Yoga is inculcating the art of Yoga amongst one & all & spread the spiritual & ascetic discipline including breath control, meditation, adoption of specific bodily postures for health & relaxation.
