Ingredients for zucchini soup
- › 200gm yellow zucchini 100gm onion 1 clove garlic salt pepper 300ml water 1tsp Maggie masala (optional)
Method
1. 1. boil everything together in 300ml water 2. cool it, seive water and keep it aside. 3. grind the boiled stuff 4. mix it back to the water that was used for boiling 5. bring it to boil before serving 6. serves 2-3
