Ingredients for Zucchini Kheer
- › 200 ml skimmed milk
- › 1 medium Zucchini - grated
- › 5gm ghee
- › Cardamom powder
- › Stevia
- › Kesar and dry fruit to garnish
Method
1. Grate the zucchini
2. Heat ghee in a pan and add geated zucchini
3. Saute the zucchini in medium flame till all the water has evaporated
4. Add in milk and stevia
5. Cook to desired consistency
6. Add 1tsp cardamom powder and mix well
7. Garnish with kesar and dry fruits
