Zoodles in pink sauce with shrimps
- Zuchinni -100gm
- Shrimps -110gms
- Butter -10gms
- Tomato paste -15gm
- cheese -10gms
- Cream -10gms
- Onion and garlic as per taste
- Salt, basil, chilli flakes, parsley again as per taste
- Red and yellow capsicum for colours
Cook shrimps with 5gm butter and garlic, once done keep aside, don't drain the water that has come out of the shrimps
Spiralize Zuchinni and place on paper towel to absorb excess water and keep aside.
Take another pan, add remaining butter, add onions and capsicums sautee for 1min on high flame.
Next add shrimps, to this add cheese and cream and tomato paste with all spices and cook till cheese is melted
Next add Zuchinni cook for 2-3 mins if u want that noodles type bit or else cook for 4-5 mins more than that it can get soggy.
