Chicken Breast 300 gram
Tomato 50 gram
Onion 50 gram
Olive Oil 10 ml
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
Chicken Masala 0.5 Tbsp
Salt as per taste
Turmeric 0.5 Tbsp
Red Chili Powder 0.5 Tbsp
Coriander Powder 0.5 Tbsp
Garam Masala 0.3 Tbsp
Blend Onion with little water to form a paste
Blend Tomato to form a paste
Preheat cooking pan and add olive oil
Add Onion paste and fry for mins
Add Ginger Garlic paste and sauté for min
Add Tomato paste and sauté for mins
Add spices: Chicken masala powder, salt, turmeric, red chilli, coriander, garam masala
Fry for mins and the result will be a paste with little bit of oil spread
Add chicken pieces and try to marinate with spoon with that paste.
Add water as per the gravy requirement and cover with a lid
Simmer for - minutes
Chicken Zatpat is ready to eat.
