- › Poha : 35 gms Onion - 1 small chopped Green chilli - 1 medium size chopped Salt : acc to taste Turmeric powder : a pinch Lemon - 1/2 Sugar free powder : 1 tbsp
1. 1) soak poha for 2-3 mins , transfer it in sieve and allow to dry. 2) take a non stick kadhai , for 3-4 mins sauté onion and green chilli. 3) add salt, turmeric powder , sugar free powder in poha. 4) Add poha in kadhai , cook for 3-4 mins. 5) squeeze lemon. 6) poha is ready to serve.
