Ingredients for zero oil rawa upma
- › Rawa/sooji : 40 gms Onion : 1 small chopped Tomato : 1 small chopped Green chilli : 2-3 Pea : 5 gms Lemon : 1/2 Black pepper powder : 1/4 tbsp Salt : Acc to taste
1. 1) roast sooji in a non stick Kadhai. 2) Now take kadhai add onion, tomato, pea, green chilli 3) roast them and add spices 4) now add sooji and thrice amount of water (120 ml) allow to cook for 4-5 mins. 5) upma is ready , squeeze lemon in it. 6)upma is ready to serve.
