Ingredients for Zero oil Herb- Baked fish
- › Rohu fish 100gm
- › Lime juice
- › Mixed herbs & spices
- › 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1. Wash & Marinate fish with salt, vinegar, mixed spices (sesame seeds, dried rosemary, oregano, thyme, paprika) and keep it for 10 mins.
2. Preheat oven at 180degrees. Bake fish for 8 mins. Garnish with basil leaves (optional).
