- › Pomogranate 10gm
- › amul bitter choclate 7 gm(crushed)
- › 24 gm whey (I took cold coffee flav)

1. mix all ingredients slowly, not supposed to be mashed plate them and freeze them for atleast 2 3 hrs serve yourself for sweet treat
