Ingredients for Wholewheat Bread
- › 125 gms wholewheat flour 1/4 cup skimmed milk powder 1/2 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp salt 1 cup almond milk 1 tsp eno (fruit salt)
Method
1. 1.Preheat oven at 180c. 2.Grease and dust bread loaf tin. 3.Mix all the dry ingredients except fruit salt. 4.Now add milk little by little and make lump free batter. 5.Now add fruit salt and mix properly. 6.Immediately pour in tin and bake for 35-40 minutes. 7.Please check after 30 minutes as every oven is different. 8.Remove from oven, immediately remove from tin and apply butter or normal milk all over bread to keep it soft. Let it cool completely before slicing. Can be baked in microwave , kadai , cooker just like we bake cake.
