Ingredients for Wholesome Laddu with Dates
- › 1. Akmond - 50gms 2. Walnut - 50gms 3. Cashew - 50 gms 4. Soya chunk - 100gms 5. Pure whey Isolate - 50gms 6. Dates - 100gms
1. 1. Roast soya chunk in microwave and grind it to granular powder. 2. Microwave almond cashew walnut. 3. Put them in grinder and grind till it turns into butter. 4. Add dates to the mixture and grind further. 5. Mix it wuth soya chunk powder and add pure whey isolate. 6. You can make laddus or just leave the mixture as it is as per your choice
