How to make White Sauce Soya
Step-1
1. Soak Soya chunks in water for sometime
Step-2
2. Heat Milk in pan, add Black pepper(crushed/powder), oregano, mixed herbs, chilli flakes
Step-3
3. Add Grated cheese in the pan, and stir (low flame throughout)
Step-4
4. After 45-60sec, add all the veggies (based on your preference but it tastes very good with capsicum, corn)
Step-5
5. Cover with lid and let it cook for another minute
Step-6
6. The above Macros is calculated on basis of Milk: 100ml, Cheese: 50gm, Soya: 30gm and based on veggies you adding it keeps you full for long time. Best served with Oats Dosa
