Pasta -65 gms or as per macros
Bell pepper -68gms. Can include other color bell peppers as well to make it more colourfull and filling
Milk -65gms
Cheese -40 gms
Salt, Pepper, chilli flakes, oregano and any other Italian herb of liking
Direction
Step-1
Boil Pasta and veggies in a container. add little salt while boiling
Step-2
For sauce, in separate container boil the milk
Step-3
add cheese to boiling milk
Step-4
keep stiring till cheese melts
Step-5
Add all herbs
Step-6
keep the sauce little thin, if required add water
Step-7
add boiled pasta and veggies to sauce.
Step-8
Mix it and let it shimmer for a min
Step-9
Serve hot
