  • Recipe Ingredients listMustard sauce - 15 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listOlive oil - 10 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listLettuce as per liking (100 grams used)
  • Recipe Ingredients listCabbage as per liking - Long slices (100 grams used)
  • Recipe Ingredients listCapsicum 20 grams - Diced
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt, pepper, ginger garlic paste and apple cider vinegar
  • Recipe Ingredients listEgg white - 4 whites boiled

Direction

Step-1

Add all the chopped veggies into a bowl

Step-2

Boil the white peas and the quinoa, with a pinch of salt for some extra flavouring

Step-3

Add the white peas and the quinoa into the bowl

Step-4

Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and ginger garlic paste

Step-5

Cook the chicken on a pan with a little bit of oil

Step-6

Boil the eggs and shell them and chop the white into small cubes/pieces and add to the salad along with the chicken

Sprinkle some pepper and salt into the salad (advice, don't overdo the salt and pepper as it gets difficult to eliminate or cover their tastes) Add 15 ml of apple cider vinegar, olive oil and the mustard sauce

Step-8

Cover it with a lid and shake the whole thing or you can toss it with a spoon

Plate it and enjoy the lovely salad
