How to make Wheymonglet
Step-1
Soak 40 gram moong dal for about 2 hours.
Once its soaked, blend it with all the rest if the ingredients and required amount of water to make it like a thick dosa batter.
Make dosa accordingly.
U can also add finely chopped/grated vegetables(onion, capsicum, carrot etc) to the batter.
I made 2 thick ones out of this batter.
