Ingredients for whey yoghurt ice cream
- › Whey one scoop
- › Greek yoghurt one pack 120ml
- › Almonds 10gm
- › Dry mango 10gm
1. Roast chopped almonds on high in microwave for 1-3 minutes(depending upon one’s microwave) until they get nicely roast.
2. Mix whey and Greek yoghurt without using water for creamy consistency of ice cream.
3. Add roasted almonds and dry mango chopped. Keep some for garnish.
4. Freeze for few hours.
5. Enjoy your ice cream. You can add any soft fruit in your macros. But do add roasted almonds for nice aromatic flavor.
