How to make Whey YogArt

Step-1

Take 150 grams of thick Chilled curd or normal Curd ( You can refrigerate it later)

Step-2

Add 1 scoop whey protein to it. I have used Vanilla Flavor. (You can use as per the flavor available with you)

Step-3

Mix the ingredients till you achieve desirable consistency. I have kept it thick.

Step-4

No extra sugar needed as Whey is already sweet enough

Step-5

Sprinkle some coffee powder over it (Optional)

Step-6

Grate 10 grams of almonds over it (Optional as per your diet)

Step-7

You can also garnish it with raisins, nuts, berries, apple etc (If that fits in your macros)

Step-8

Enjoy the meal
