Ingredients for whey protein wheat flour chila
- › wheat flour 50gm
- › raw whey protein 15 gm ( can increase as per your macros)
- › sweetener
- › cardamon powder
- › ghee (5gm) optional
Method
1. mix wheat flour and whey protein
2. add sweetener
3. mix water and make semi liquid bater
4. put batter on heated nonstick tawa. put ghee on sides and turn and cook from another side also.
5. it's ready.
