Ingredients for Whey protein mug cake
- › Whey Protein (any flavour)
- › Water
- › 1 scoop low fat ice cream (optional)
- › Whipped cream (optional)
Method
1. Step 1: A scoop of your favourite whey protein. Step 2: Add just enough water that it is creamy but not super runny. Step 3: Microwave it for a minute and voila the Protein mug cake is ready ✌🏻 Step 4( optional) : If you have some spare calories for the day , top this up with a scoop of your favourite low fat ice cream or whipped cream and this literally gives you brownie with icecream feels ❤️
