- Banana.....1 piece(approx 100gms)
- Whey protein powder(chocolate).......1 scoop
1. In a blender, Pour all ingredients and add little water approx 1/4 cup for grinding 2. Blend it till the smoothie is fine. 3. Now its ready to serve.
