Whey Peanut butter Cake
- 4 egg whites 2 egg yolks 1 scoop of Whey( I use Optimum Nutrition Malt choclate) 40 grams of Peanut butter ( I use Myfitness Creamy peanut butter)
Blend the egg whites, add the whey Thoroughly and let is sit. Microwave for 3-5 mins on high. You can serve directly or let it cool and serve with Peanut butter topping.
