Ingredients for Whey Paneer Paratha♥️
- › 1 scoop unflavoured whey 40gm wheat flour paneer 75gm salt, red chilly powder, black pepper Green chilly chopped Onion 15gms Ghee 5gms
1. For the dough, mix a scoop of unflavoured whey with wheat flour, a pinch of salt and make a dough using water. For the filling, mix crushed paneer with onion, green chilly and spices. Make paneer stuffed parathas using 5gm ghee!
