Ingredients for Whey Paneer Kalakand
- › Paneer 100gm
- › Whey chocolate Flavour 1 scoop
- › Cardemom 3-4 No.
- › Stevia 3-4 Sachet ( According to your sweetness)
Method
1. Boil Stevia and Cardemom in Water for 10 min so that 300ml becomes 100ml
2. Mix whey in Protien shaker
3. Add Paneer Grated into Boiled Stevia and blend well
4. Add whey Mixture into it and cook until dry
5. Spread into flat surface and let it cool
6. After it comes to normal Temp. Keep in Refrigerator for 2 hours
