Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listPaneer - 60 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listwhey (chocolate flavour)- 1 scoop(can use any flavour)
  • Recipe Ingredients listmilk - 15 ml
  • Recipe Ingredients listcream - 15 ml
  • Recipe Ingredients listsugar - 10 gms ( or stevia if sugar does not fit into your macros)
  • Recipe Ingredients listVanilla essence - 2 drops
  • Recipe Ingredients listGhee - 10 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients list2 almonds and 2 cashews for garnishing

Direction

Step-1

Add 5 gms of ghee and saute the nuts till golden and keep them aside

Step-2

Add grated paneer in the pan and cook until it releases fats

Step-3

Once fats are released, add cream and cook for a minute, then add sugar

Step-4

Add milk, vanilla essence and whey and stir quickly so that no lumps of whey are formed.

Step-5

Add the left over ghee and serve it in the bowl with nuts garnished
