How to make whey paneer halwa
Step-1
Add 5 gms of ghee and saute the nuts till golden and keep them aside
Step-2
Add grated paneer in the pan and cook until it releases fats
Step-3
Once fats are released, add cream and cook for a minute, then add sugar
Step-4
Add milk, vanilla essence and whey and stir quickly so that no lumps of whey are formed.
Step-5
Add the left over ghee and serve it in the bowl with nuts garnished
