Direction

Step-1

In a pan start to dry roast oats and meanwhile cut small pieces of banana

Step-2

Once oats are roasted add water and banana

Step-3

Boil oats and bring them to a consistency of your liking

Step-4

Take it off the heat , wait for 2-3 mins

Step-5

Add whey and cinnamon powder and give it a good mix

Step-6

Top it with some dryfruits and eat it hot or cold as per your liking

Is it necessary to add whey protein....coz I guess whey protein is for those who do lots of weight lifting and body building workouts
