mango whey ice cream 🍦
- 75ml milk
- 1/4th tspn GMS powder
- 1/4th tspn corn flour
- CMC powder very less( size of mustard seed)
- One scoop unflavoured whey protein
- One sachet sugar free
- 35 gm mango
take milk and add corn flour ,GMS powder and CMC powder mix well and microwave for 1 minute(or until it starts to boil) or u can boil it on stove .
After taking out allow it to cool while continuously stirring it.
Next day take this in mixture jar and add 25gm mango, one sachet sugar free and whey protein powder.
Blend it nicely with continuously doing on and off( do not over blend it).
Lastly add 10gm chopped mango pices(small)
Keep it in freezer for few 4-5 hours. Your whey mango ice cream is ready.
