Whey Lava Cake
- Whey Protein- 1 scoop
- Milk- 20 ml
- Coffee (Not needed if using flavoured Whey)
- Sugarfree (Not needed if using flavoured Whey)
Preheat the oven at 200°C
Grease the muffin tray or any bowl with a drop or two of coconut oil or ghee
Take whey and mix it with coffee
Add 20 ml Milk and sugarfree
Transfer the mixture in the tray and bake it for 2 mins
Switch the oven off and keep it for another 30 secs or till you see a small crack forming. Take out the tray.
Let it cool for sometime. The whey lava cake will start leaving the edges.
Take it out using a knife and enjoy the perfect dessert
