- 1. Half teaspoon coffee powder. 2. One scoop Whey protein. 3. warm water 4. Cinnamon powder.
1. Add one scoop of whey protein in 50 ml of water at room temperature in a coffee mug. 2. Beat the whey protein in the cup till you see a smooth texture of the mixture, say 45 seconds. 3. Heat water in another container for 45 seconds and add coffee, so that you have a black coffee ready. 4. Now slowly add the black coffee int the whey protein batter that was previously prepared. 5. Add cardamom or cinnemon as per taste. Cheers Note : Don't use too hot water else you might see lumps of whey protein formed
