How to make Whey latte
Step-1
1. Add one scoop of whey protein in 50 ml of water at room temperature in a coffee mug.
2. Beat the whey protein in the cup till you see a smooth texture of the mixture, say 45 seconds.
3. Heat water in another container for 45 seconds and add coffee, so that you have a black coffee ready.
4. Now slowly add the black coffee int the whey protein batter that was previously prepared.
5. Add cardamom or cinnemon as per taste.
