Ingredients for Whey Fruits Custard
- › 1 Scoop Masala milk whey
- › 1/2 scoop Vanilla whey
- › 100 g apple
- › 25 g grapes
- › 25 g pomegranate
- › 100 g banana
- › 50 g Strawberry
- › 150 ml milk
Method
1. Mix Milk and Whey protein in a bowl.
2. Add chopped fruits ( any fruits of your choice).
3. Mix it well.
4. Refrigerate it for 30-45 mins
5. Serve Chilled
