Ingredients for Whey cinnamon porridge / ice-cream
- › chocolate whey 1 scoop, cinnamon powder, nuts 10 gms, milk 100 ml
Method
1. Mix 1 scoop chocolate whey powder, cinnamon powder, and 100 ml milk to make the base porridge. Add a whole piece of bread (make it yummier by dry toasting the bread)and 10 gms of assorted nuts of your choice (I added almonds, cashews and walnuts) to make it crunchy. If you'd like to have it as an ice-cream, deep freeze it.
