Bottle gourd-100 g
Ghee - 5 g
Milk - 50 ml
Whey - 1 scoop ( vanilla / masala milk flavour)
Stevia/ erythritol- optional
Almonds-2-3 ( optional)
Cardamom powder- one pinch
Direction
Step-1
Grate bottle gourd , in long shreds
Step-2
Brush 5 g ghee to a nonstick pan and heat it on a slow flame
Step-3
Add grated bottle gourd ,stir it continuesly
Step-4
Add 50 ml milk , and cook till it is soft , let it cool
Step-5
Mix 1 scoop of whey in water, and add it to bottle gourd
Do not add whey directly to hot mixture as it may curdle
Step-6
Sprinkle some chopped dry fruits , cardamom powder ,adjust sweetness with stevia or erythritol
Step-7
Refrigerate it if you like ,enjoyyyy!!!
