Ingredients for Whey Almond and soya ladoo
- › Whey protein ( caffe latte flavour ) - 1 scoop Almond - 25 Grams Soya chunks - 30 Grams 2 cardamom pod 1 teaspoon ghee 2 Tablespoon - Milk
1. Dry roast soya chunk, Almond and before switching off the gas add whey powder toss it and switch off and allow the ingredient to cool down Grind them into a coarse powder along with 2 Cardamon pods. Transfer to a plate add one teaspoon of ghee and sprinkle warm milk and make ladoos :-)
