  • Recipe Ingredients listghee 10 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listsalt as per taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listgaram masala

Direction

Step-1

mince the chicken with the help of food processor or mixer grinder

Step-2

add all the above mentioned ingredients

Step-3

keep it in rest for approx 30 minutes

Step-4

brush the non stick pan with ghee

Step-5

make small patty and. roast till golden brown

Step-6

serve hot with mayonise. not allowed in my diet so didn't had.
