Wheat pita pizza
- Wheat pita bread
- Marina/Pizza sauce
- Veggies of your choice as per your macros - I used broccoli, tomato, onion, spinach
- Cheese - as per your macros. I used 1 stick of mozzarella string cheese and 10 gms of parmesan
- Italian seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper powder, salt
Take pita, spread pizza sauce on it.
Add veggies and cheese on the pita.
Add seasoning and bake it in oven for 350-375 F for 15mins. Add seasoning as per your taste. Enjoy!!
I added air fried soya chunks for the missing protein.
