Ingredients for wheat pasta (base)
- › wheat flour 50gms
- › egg 1
- › salt
1. add all the ingredients and mix it into a dough, wrap and set aside for 30 min or in a refrigerator .. roll it up flat and cut it into desired shapes in a vessel boil water and add the pasta it cooks and increases its size in 5 min drain the pasta and add it to whatever leftover curry. (tip: don't uses too much flour while rolling the dough, can use the boiled pasta water for making the dish creamy)
